wedding day is traditionally the most important day in a young woman's
life. For over 30 years, the Merritt family has been dedicated to insuring
that your guests and family enjoy your wedding reception as much as you
do. Every wedding cake we create from the smallest to the largest
receives the same detailed attention. We insist that the highest quality
ingredients be used in your cake. Each of our cakes are made by bakers
with years of experience, and the decorating styles are hand-crafted by
our highly trained decorators. Cake decorations, flavors, and arrangements
can change to meet individual tastes, but our quality remains
consistently the finest. Regardless of whether you have fresh
flowers to decorate the cake or have our decorators create them out of
icing, we can make your cake meet your individual needs. Obviously,
there are many
decisions to be made in planning your wedding and reception. Merritt's
