| Decorating Styles |
| Our wedding cake decorators are highly trained and the finest in this part of the country; so, we are able to offer a large number of designs that are covered by our regular prices. Many of these can be viewed here, or in person at our Tulsa stores. However, if you have a custom design in mind, we can often develop one just for you from an existing picture or from one that you might bring in. Custom designs do require an additional art fee based on the time and materials required. |
| Matching Colors |
| We make every possible effort to match your wedding colors; however, to get as close as possible we ask that you submit a color swatch. Please remember that this is a food product, and even with a swatch, some colors cannot be perfectly matched. |
| Ordering & Deposits |
| Please order as early as possible even if you are unsure as to the number of guests attending as we are on a first come, first serve basis of accepting orders. A $50 non-refundable down payment is required to order a wedding cake or reserve a delivery date. The payment will be subtracted from the final payment of the order. Any change to the wedding date will incur an additional $50 payment. The final payment of your cake is due no later than 10 days prior to the wedding date. We have designed our payment plan to help you order as early as possible without placing a large financial burden on you initially. |
| Some cake stands and other equipment do require a deposit. This equipment deposit is to be paid at the same time as the wedding cake and is refundable if you will return them within 4 days or less after the wedding. |
| Payment |
| We do ask that the entire bill be paid in full at least 10 days prior to the wedding. Any changes to your order will need to be made at this time. There are limited refunds on cancellations. |
| Delivery |
| We recommend having your cake delivered. We would not trust anyone but the absolute best with your cake, and our delivery personnel are the most experienced in Tulsa. But, you are welcome to pick up you wedding cake or have it delivered in the Greater Tulsa area for a nominal charge. Deliveries are priced by difficulty of the reception location rather than distance to insure fairness to every bride. |
