Having outgrown our kitchen area at Midtown & South, we opted to build a production level kitchen rather than move our retail stores into a bigger space away from our customers. Affectionately called, The Fort, our new building holds all our back of the house operations.
The Fort allows us the ability to create your masterpiece in a safe, modern, and efficient kitchen. Although not open to the public, our kitchen helps us keep the products you love coming at prices you desire by being very efficient. It also allows our staff to have a great workplace that is scaled to the production they are trying to accomplish. The Fort also houses our corporate offices, so if you have a donation request or a vendor you can send us correspondence here.
